HELP SUPPORT FLAP
The Fatal Light Awareness Program (FLAP) is a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to the protection of wild birds in built environments. FLAP is financed largely by grants and donations. We thrive on the support of our donors and urge you to help us protect birds by joining our small but efficient organization. Donors support rescue efforts, education and research that are critical to the conservation of our native birds.
Please support FLAP by donating $20 per year or donating whatever you can. Donors will receive two issues per year of the FLAP newsletter, Touching Down. All donations support the vital work of FLAP - preventing bird collisions with windows and other-human-built structures and attempting to save those birds unlucky enough to encounter these obstacles to their flight.
All donations are tax-deductible. Tax receipts will be issued once a year at year's end. We urge you to help birds wherever and whenever you can, rescuing those that have hit windows or lit structures at night. Please contact us for advice or assistance at (416) 366- FLAP.
