HELP SUPPORT FLAP The Fatal Light Awareness Program (FLAP) is a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to the protection of wild birds in built environments. FLAP is financed largely by grants, donations and membership fees. We thrive on the support of our donors and members, and urge you to help us protect birds by joining our small but efficient organization.
Your previous support, and donations from hundreds of bird-lovers like you, have enabled FLAP to develop programs that engage the corporate sector (such as the Bird-Friendly Building Program) and educate the public. Through the work of FLAP volunteers, 11,254 birds were rescued and released in safe habitats over our first decade of existence. Together we can continue to make a difference.
