    • Navigate to your online bank account

    • find the “Send via INTERAC e-Transfer” option

    • Add FLAP Canada as a recipient and use flap@flap.org as our contact information to send by email

    • IMPORTANT: please include your full name, mailing and email addresses in the message section to receive a charitable tax receipt

    • You’ll get a confirmation email from your bank that we have receive the funds.

    “I will give to the Fatal Light Awareness Program, 31 Adelaide Street East, Box 430, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 2J5, Canada, the sum of $ ____________ to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of the Fatal Light Awareness Program shall, at its discretion, determine.”

    For a Percentage of your Estate:

    “I will give to the Fatal Light Awareness Program, 31 Adelaide Street East, Box 430, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 2J5, Canada, ________% of my estate to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of the Fatal Light Awareness Program shall, at its discretion, determine.”

    For the Residue of your Estate:

    “I will give to the Fatal Light Awareness Program, 31 Adelaide Street East, Box 430, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 2J5, Canada, the rest and residue of my estate to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of the Fatal Light Awareness Program shall, at its discretion, determine.”
